We’re the most experienced flooring experts in the Bay Area. Located in Campbell, California, we service most of Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Alameda counties. We work on many high-end homes and are looking to hire only the most qualified installers.
Our team of flooring craftsmen considers attention-to-detail and quality work THE top priority. We expect that from our master-level installers and provide an ideal environment for entry-level installers to expand their skillset under the leadership of our long-time experts.

Master-Level Flooring Installer
This position is ideal for journey-level flooring installers with several years of stable experience that are looking to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship.
With us, you’ll find consistent & demanding work and top pay.
You must be available to work some weekends and occasional off-hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
- Flooring installation, repairs & replacements: Minimum 3 years required. 5 years recommended.
- Hardwood flooring sand & finish: Minimum 3 years required. 5 years recommended.
- Skill in matching & blending wood stains with expert ability to stain & finish an unfinished hardwood floor flawlessly.
- Some carpentry skills.
- Very comfortable with power tools.
- Stable work experience.
Required license or certification:
- Valid and current driver’s license.
Required education:
- High school or equivalent.
Other requirements:
- No back or knee problems.
- Hard-soled work shoes.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. or more
- Fork lift experience, a plus
- Ability to provide good customer service.
- No criminal record.
Your ability to be flexible, learn new things and maintain a positive attitude is a must. The opportunity for advancement with us is strong. Many of our installers have been with us for over 15 years.
Pay will be determined based on experience and/or knowledge. Overtime is also available.
Entry-Level Flooring Installer
This position is ideal for all skill levels and entry-level flooring installers with 6 months to 1 year of experience that are looking to work alongside and learn from proven craftsmen.
If you are looking to learn a new skill set in flooring, and hardwood flooring in particular; or you would like to continue your career in wood flooring, you are welcome to apply.
